Yard Sign Agreement

St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild’s is a volunteer organization. Our mission is to raise funds for the services and programs of Eskenazi Health.

By choosing YES, I/we give the Guild’s sign installation committee permission to place a sign in my/our front yard, indicating that my/our home was a Decorators’ Show House and Gardens participant in the past. I/we understand that this yard sign will remain in place from approximately April 5 until up to a week after the closing of the Decorators’ Show House and Gardens.

I/we understand that the Guild will be holding the 5K run/walk “Dash by the Past” on April 13. I/we also understand the Decorators’ Show House and Gardens will open to the public on Saturday, April 27 and will close on Sunday, May 12.
