Diapers for Eskenazi Moms
Since 2023 when Dr. Deanna Reinoso gave her eloquent acceptance speech for the Achievement In Medicine Award, members of the Guild have strived to help her supplement the Diaper Pantry for families that faced diaper insecurity. Dr. Reinoso has been able to present her assessment tool at the national meeting of pediatric practitioners and is leading the way for understanding how diaper insecurity affects the entire family. The members of St. Margaret's Hospital Guild and their friends and families have collected more than 20,000 diapers and donated more than $6,100 dollars to help Dr. Reinoso's program. Donations to this program go directly to purchasing diapers for families in need.
Since its founding in 1907, St. Margaret's Hospital Guild has donated over $14 million for the services and programs of Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis, Indiana.
